It depends on how deep you need to go, but here’s a quick guide to pick the right kit (plus any add-ons you may need):

Basic Drinking Water Test Kit

You just want peace of mind that your tank or tap water meets some key water quality basics.

Comprehensive Drinking Water Test Kit

If you’re concerned about microbial contamination, corrosion risk, nutrient runoff or and want a wider chemical and microbial profile for extra peace of mind and tracking the health and quality of your water source.

Premium Drinking Water Test Kit

This covers everything in the Comprehensive Kit with even deeper screening for trace organics and advanced chemistry markers.

Ideal for sensitive households, farms with livestock or anyone who wants the most in-depth picture of their water source. Recommended for anyone who provides this water to others (i.e families, businesses, AirBnb)

How quickly will I get my results?

We pride ourselves in having the FASTEST turnaround time in Australia for time at the lab. Most people will get their results 1-2 business days after the lab finalises their result. However, some tests may require additional analytical time. If you need your results within a certain timeframe, just let us know! We're here for you and can chat through your options if you need.

What does the final report include?

We provide a clean and simple comparison against local and federal safety benchmarks, such as the NHMRC 2025 Drinking Water Guidelines, as well as provide the Certificate of Analysis straight from the selected Lab. This will give you a thorough breakdown of any contaminants detected and how they may be affecting your health, and provide non-biased treatment recommendations. Oh, and a water quality scorecard of course! So you can take action to improving your sources.

Are your labs NATA accredited?

Every lab facility we partner with is certified with accreditations ranging from NATA, ISO, NELAC/ELAP to NHMRC, USEPA, and beyond. If you need a specific certification, just let us know. We're happy to help you get what you need.
