Take control of your water, health, and peace of mind. The Advanced Drinking Water Test Kit is the most thorough test available for households and buildings on local water supply, analysing over 30 water quality indicators, including hard-to-detect substances like nitrates, VOCs, and common disinfection by-products from chlorine and chloramine.

If you want the most trusted, lab-certified, and detailed water quality report available—this is it. Note: If you want to add PFAS testing to this, add the 'PFAS Essential Test Kit" to cart separately.

What this test covers:

Full Drinking Water Profile:

  • E. coli - Indicates the possible presence of harmful bacteria from faecal contamination.
  • pH - Measures how acidic or alkaline your water is. Impacts taste, corrosion, and plumbing health.
  • Fluoride - Commonly added to town water; excess fluoride can cause health issues.
  • Total dissolved solids (TDS) - Total amount of minerals and salts dissolved in your water. High levels can affect taste and scaling.
  • 13 Metals - Checks for common metals like lead, copper, and iron that can enter drinking water from pipes, plumbing, or the environment and may affect health.
  • Electrical conductivity - Indicates salinity and mineral content. High EC may mean hard or salty water
  • Ionic Balance — Tests for minerals (like calcium, magnesium, and sodium) that influence the safety, taste, and long-term effects of your water on plumbing and appliances.

PLUS Advanced Suite Additions:

  • Nitrate - Common from fertilisers and septic systems; high levels can cause health issues, especially for infants.
  • Nitrite - Can form from nitrate breakdown; harmful at even low levels.
  • Ammonia - Can indicate animal waste or chloramine-treated water.
  • Turbidity - Measures cloudiness caused by suspended particles. High turbidity may reduce water quality and treatment effectiveness.
  • VOC Suite - Detects Volatile Organic Compounds like solvents, fuels, and industrial chemicals which can be harmful even at low levels.
  • Disinfection Byproducts - Form when chlorine or chloramine reacts with natural organic matter; linked to taste, odour, and potential health risks.

Who is this test ideal for?

  • Homeowners, renters, or facilities on mains/local water
  • Concerned about old pipes, water taste, or health risks
